ugh I really need to start doing cardio....
My whole life a had very thin body (except my legs It was the only part of my body that I liked) so I started eating more last summer and starting exercising at home ... I bought a pair of dumbbells....(The biggest advice that I want to tell some of y'all twinks is that if you really want to gain weight you need to eat more ... and I know that some of you think that you are eating so much but you are not gaining any weight, you have strong metabolism etc...Lemme tell you something It's a ********.. I thought so too but no .. you really need to eat and eat. and always eat some kind of dessert after the main meal.


Your body will get used to it later and will require more food..
But know the problem is that I'm lazy to doing cardio, train abs etc...so i have a quite belly now

Like It's not that big but the abs are nowhere to be found (When I was thin I could sometimes see them) But I'm so happy about my chest, back, legs, the hands still need some work... I really want to start toning my muscles now...so we'll see
