yeah, true. but like...it seems to be even worse now. You'd think with the amount of groups, they'd overlap more often.
just like the old days, KPop is only good in small doses, you like a certain group or two, you BETTER hold onto that for dear life cauz the others won't serve you ****
the basicness differently took over, ever since 2012. The only good news I've heard is T-ara being over Lkirby2: it was HELL to see Lukitoo posting the sales of Roly Poly and LOVEY DOVEY and the other rehashes for months and months, and their basic asses slaughtering my faves good riddance!
AOA seem basic as **** yes, their video are a cheap mess and so is their image. hmm but i think they have like 2-3 interesting members, but ofc they have to add another trillion girls...just because...KPOP!
Ch, oh. Well that's a mess. That's another problem with following idols, the more established groups are raking in enough money from CFs, touring etc. that they don't even need to release music anymore. So instead we just get an onslaught of all these copycat flops releasing 5 albums a year.
The thing about K-Pop is that it has no problem rehashing the same exact thing ad nauseam until they absolutely run it into the ground. Like, the the "hep-hap" boy group and "sexy" girl group quotas have been filled 30 times over, now give us something different!
That's why people get burnt out after a few years of following the genre. The scene as a whole is just so shamelessly stagnant.
Lukitoo! He was a mess for that. Does he still post here btw?

Omg true. And idols being absolute puppets and with how much it is all money centered it becomes too much (more so than western industry). EXO are so lazy in live performances...it is just and once an act becomes popular, the effort and budget seem to disappear. I mean...I like Call Me Baby but the video...gosh so typical of sme to start rushing ****. no effort. I wish they continued flopping....
As much as i like to drag BIGBANG, with their new material they really reminded me of why they're the kings. They still try to grow as a group at least...and they're showing passion for it.

@ Bolded: ugh yes, that's the worst because when that happens it serves as confirmation of how corporate and soulless the whole operation really is.
And agreed on Big Bang. Their passion is so refreshing. I was especially surprised to see T.O.P actually giving more than half of a **** considering he has every reason to be performing like Sulli right now. They're the real deal and anyone who's not waste-deep in K-POP stanning can clearly see the difference between them and other boy groups. It's like night and day.

Right. As I said the other day. CL clocked the tea when she said YG is not KPOP, they just make music that is in korean. That was so shady and it CUT deep. I lived

nnnnnnnnnnnnn I love you too
I still hope T-ara become successful again someday

She said that? Oh my, the MELTDOWNS that must have happened!
I though Lukitoo publicly denounced, dragged, and dropped TARA like garbage when their scandal hit, though
Fake stans/success stanners
I was pissed back then because I liked Hwayoung and she did a great job in "Day By Day", but I still like them. Actually, in 2014 T-ara, Spica (), Girl's Day and AoA were the only girlgroups I bothered downloading the songs.

Oh. I can't blame you for liking Hwayoung! Girl has very nice nails.
TWICE members current ranking, the top 7 voted for.
Not like it matters... JYP has already said the voting is just apart of the process. But it's nice to see Korean's haven't been racist and cast out the foreigners!
