Well reportedly she is only doing the UK dates and not all of Europe. I'm not sure how true that is, but if it is then she'll be back doing promo like she's been doing. They didn't do it with "LoveSexMagic" because they believed Justin would carry it similar to how his feature carries other singles without promotion. Plus, that's just how Jive does it. They wait to promote around the album release. They did it with Britney, Jordin, Ciara, etc.
"Like A Surgeon" will be a different story because it'll do really well on Urban (based on early spins) and so they'll want it to crossover eventually. Promo will need to be done.
I don't know what it is with beeps..."Gimme More" beeps are addictive also.
