It's dropping because most of their hardcore fans have already brought it now. From now on it's up to the general public to continue buying the song, and the ONLY way that will happen is if it reaches enough people through radio airplay, music videos, etc.
Why do I still have to explain this sort of stuff to people? It's basic iTunes behaviour lol. If this song doesn't get enough radio airplay we might never see it in the top 10 on iTunes again.
