I loved the first one and I don't read comic books so I don't have anything to really compare it to, so I should enjoy it. Hopefully I do because the mixed reviews are lowkey getting me nervous. But as long as I'm entertained (which I know is guaranteed), I should be fine with it.
I was expecting to hate this and was bored through a bunch of the first bit. The ending, though, was just flawless. Like I am still blown away and I saw it two days ago.
Captain America's ass was the highlight of the film. I'm a bottom and Chris Evans had me feeling some type of way.
a mess
but I feel you girl
I didn't really get all the hype about the first one, haven't seen this / have no immediate plans to but I'm just.. if this movie is 'underperforming' and not being *that* well recieved critically how they gon have like 3 more movies planned?

I fell asleep through the first one but the second one slayed me. It's incredibly good. The film's not struggling, despite being up against tough competition, and has already more than doubled its budget.
It ended up getting sold out in the theater I went to and they had eight showings (I had to arrive eight hours early to buy tickets for two seats). I am sure they'll end up profiting over $1 billion (and that's not including merchandising).
