She hasn't announced the album date yet but we know it's coming. People are still begging for the album, don't act like nobody cares anymore. A new Rihanna album is always eventful at this point. Also, FFS is one of this year's biggest hits, BBHMM is one of this year's biggest urban hits despite not having a video, while AO is taking off on pop radios & slowly rising on the charts with 0 promo since its release on iTunes/Spotify/radios. |
I'm not acting like nobody cares, it's ****ing Rihanna but releasing the lead single months before an album drops is never a good thing and this rollout won't have a good effect on her album sales. Like you said, FFS and BBHMM did great with little effort, just imagine how they'd do if she pushed them a little more. BBHMM still has a big chance tho, if she releases the mv before the SNL performance it will def go top 10-5, and will create a great momentum for the album. This album needs to come out soon after the BBHMM music video and the SNL performance when it's still possible to bring back the hype we had at the start of the year.
