It doesn't feel like an era. I rarely hear her on radio (at least her new songs) and as of lately I really don't care when the album will be dropped.

The music is amazing, so are the live performances, her looks are stunning, the album shoot will likely be one of her best yet, the visuals are amazing too.
The lack of infos is frustrating but it's also exciting imo.

I'm happy that you're in the happy minority!

The era is far from a good experience for me so far because:

-The **** that we stan for suddenly stopping interacting with fans and getting all ''private'' about her plans (assuming she has got plans)

-Her just dropping tracks just to abandon them shortly after

-Cheap music video(s)

-No clarity, confusing releases ( we weren't even sure whether FFS was the lead single at the start,wtf )

-4 months in, still no R8 release date

-TIDAL exclusives

-Where's BBHMM music video?

-HOME OST was disappointing and ended up being a waste of time for her (it probably caused R8 to be pushed back too)



But I kinda grew numb to all these ****** treatment from her so they don't bother me anymore that much.

i'm mad i'm not getting the era i expected

i actually love the performances and confidence she's exuding. i like that she's more involved and in control. but it's frustrating to experience this as my first Rih era... like, the fact that she could easily make a smash lead single and didn't is crazy to me. the fact that she's not promoting is insane. the fact that it is May 2015 and we still know absolutely nothing about this album i guess i'm enjoying R8 in a musical sense but as an actual, promoted era? it's messy and annoying
