I doubt YesAsia is the best. I've never read any favourable thing about it
I've only bought from CDJapan but I've had good experience with them, plus they have the points system.
Really though I'd advise buying from eBay or Rinkya. Oricon stopped counting both CDJ's and YA's international sales in their chart so it's not worth paying the extra dollars to feel like you made a contribution to your fav's chart performance, because you're not
It's also worth mentioning that the cheaper HK/Taiwan presses of J-pop CDs are the same as the Japanese presses. J-pop doesn't have the nice packaging that kpop does anyway
I remember reading that sometimes ago, I pre-ordered _genic something like 5 mins ago and noticed this:

Items you purchase through CDJapan will be calculated into the daily and weekly sales data for Oricon music charts, as long as they are shipped within Japan. This applies to all items available through our website. Please note that Oricon does not count any data of products that are sent overseas from any shop, and CDJapan is no exception. Every morning, Oricon only collects aggregate sales data of previous day, and they do not collect any personal information of customers.
CD Japan's sales are still counted along with other stores' sales, here's the full list.
