I just don't think Ciara has much artistic vision that someone like Tinashe has. Her albums are always just a collection of hot songs, similar to Rihanna or Britney Spears. But even Rih can lock it down for a fun, or a dark, or a sex album. Ciara can't even do that, though she may not be in a position to take a risk like that.
