My problem with her going too pop is that her core base is Urban. Those are her main supporters. Sure she can make something pop to appease Pop radio, but those aren't her supporters who have been with her since the beginning, buying her albums, paying to see her live, etc.

I've been a fan since the beginning and love both her urban and pop stuff, as of yet Urban has only got her so far in the last few years, if Pop pushes her to more success whilst she's obviously still maintaining her urban style then its a win win situation.

I was lukewarm on I Bet, which grew on me, but Dance is straight fire and one of her best releases. Jackie is shaping up to be better than self-titled.

Csquad and causal fans been doing this since 2007. Its getting really tiring. Everybody should just enjoy the music for what it is.
As long as she keeps it a bit in the urban lane, and does some gritty hard-knocking tracks here and there, I'll be fine.
