I cackled at those deluded latin Shakira stans fuming at the TRUTH.  If anything, those numbers are overrated for some albums. Shakira's certified units by official associations recognized by the IFPI stand at ~21,305,500 including those from unreliable sources like magazines and newspapers from Latin America they go up to ~23,838,077. So, where exactly has she sold the nearly 40 million missing from the stan predictions? Central America? Middle East? Africa?
For example, Legend X has ~27,760,000 units certified ONLY by official sources recognized by the IFPI. And Mediatraffic stated her sales at 37.3 million. There's no way Shakira is above 37 million, let alone 60 million like you stans claim.

Only those are far from being lies, you can go country by country and check them yourself. Luckily for me all the numbers I posted are verified and recognized by the IFPI. Are you implying IFPI lies and you, a deluded Shakira stan, knows more about her sales than they do? Oh.

Her sales are not huge in US, UK, Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand (expect for one album), these countries are already the 70% of the music market and we have legit sales. So I don't know how can you expect her to sell 60 million albums without these markets.

36 million is a solid figure and a very respectable amount of albums sold. 60M is too high and unrealistic, even using her highest sales figures for all her albums, they don't add up to that. It's not hard to understand. And I don't think the unaccounted or poorly tracked sales from Latin American countries add up to 24M extra units...like.
