She's a very easy artist to get into! After a few listens to her album cuts, you'll be completely captured and putting her on repeat for months to come. "My Life..." was SUCH a bop! The drums during the final chorus still give me chills.

We have most of the same faves! I love all the songs from the album. Only Wanna Dance With You was kinda hard to get into at first now I usually lowkey bop to it.

I was't a big fan of HBS at first either, but it's kinda grown on me. It's a cute opener to the album, but almost everything afterwards is better. HBS is a very obvious attempt at targeting the pop audience with something catchy. The rest of the album is filled with lyrical masterpieces, incredible vocal highs and top quality production.
Monroe is more iconic but Miss Ghandhi leaded an entire civilisation towards peace and revolutionised human values, if that's not the definition of influential and power then you can count me OUT. Audrey Hepburn is far superior anyways.

Err if anything Monroe inspired further corruption in the already-corrupted entertainment industry, but OKAY. Wasn't there another () cold war right after her tragic death? Can't deny how legendary she is though. She literally defined an entire era and aesthetic so there's that.
