It looks like South America will be getting this staging as well?
I honestly don't understand the outfit changes. I thought maybe it was to respect the culture but I remember Gaga didn't change her outfits when she toured in Hong Kong for the BTW Ball. Maybe Hong Kong is different because I think it's kind of treated as if it's its own country.
As for the staging being changed... makes sense. This is her first time touring in a lot of Asian countries (right?) so of course they're not going to pay to have the entire show transported as that would probably cost too much. At least there's still a catwalk, though.
