It Follows was terrific. The opening scene - with the music - was perfect. I want to watch again because there's so much that I probably didn't catch at the first.

I watched the houses october built lol it was crap but really entertaining IMO. Like if you watch youll probably be like oh it sucks but it was entertaining. The little bitch with the white face was so creepy

And I started Starry Eyed but it was so slow and nothing was happening....I did not finish it.

I liked Houses October Built, I feel like it's a little underappreciated. The ending could have been better though

I liked it but it was crappy lol idk why I feel this way but I liked it. The ending was meh like you said all the build up for THAT? yeah its got terrible reviews it has 1 star on netflix but It kept entertained I wanted to keep watching and see what was gonna happen to them. The thought of that happening its scary tho they really were freaks lol.

The buildup is incredibly slow but pays off a lot. All the action happens in the last half/third.

Screaming @ Unfriended being such a smash with the critics. It's definitely going to be a box office success.

I'm expecting ~$100m domestic but I won't be surprised if it reaches $150m.

I know this is a little late, but I'll just post my opinions on what's been discussed in the previous pages.
I ADORE The Babadook and It Follows. They definitely are in my top horror movies of all time.
However, I absolutely HATED Annabelle. The only quality moment was the demon scenes in the basement.
I didn't enjoy the Conjuring as well.
That movie was extremely over-hyped.


Insidious: Chapter 3, Sinister 2, and Rings are really the only horror films left this year that I'm slightly excited for.

I finally saw the Babadook. Meh. I don't understand why it was hyped so much. I found the ending to be especially ridiculous. It's like it tried to be a psychological horror and a straight up monster horror film. I wouldn't say it was trash, but I found it to be middling nonetheless.

I just saw "It Follows" was quite a good film. More creepy than scary, but nonetheless a great idea. The camera panning and the audio was ON POINT and one of the best I have seen in a horror movie.
