It could be the case where Joe takes out his fake immunity idol before voting to psych everyone out & the Blue Collars + Will, Tyler, & Carolyn vote out Jenn as a result. OR both Jenn & Joe are in danger of going and instead of getting out Joe (who everyone has been gunning for), they take out Jenn, which shocks Hali since she went on and on about how much she wanted to get Joe out in her exit interviews.
