Can someone help me? I have Photoshop Elements 9 and I'm trying to learn how to make avis but I don't seem to have the timeline bar. no idea if my program is not compatible or if I'm doing something wrong.
Hey Nathan Nicely, I really liked the rita ora gif you made for me previously, is there a way to make it faster and or shakier. I figure its so fast, why not make it worse and speed it up even more?
