It's only a matter of two weeks before it actually does it, and Bruno will make digital history becoming the only male artist with 4 5xPlatinum hits.

This will probably end around 7,000,000+ sold in the US and I can see it re-writing the record for most weeks at #1 on Digital

I predict "Uptown Funk" will reach 6 million downloads in the US by Memorial Day, 7 million between Thanksgiving and New Year's, and 7.5 million by mid-2016.

I'm really wishing I could figure out what happened to the release of the Trinidad rap remix to be made available for download. I probably need to check Mars' website out, because the song has been streaming and at radio for a week, and would give "Uptown Funk" a further boost in sales.

I guess I probably need to check Mars' website out for more information, because the song has been streaming and at radio for a week, and would give "Uptown Funk" a further boost in sales. That is why UF isn't dropping in airplay.

UF will also probably increase in streams on the charts released next week too, with the treadmill clip and the dance on TV last Monday night. The song might bump back up in sales, but at least it shouldn't drop any.

The week after that would put UF at over 5 million downloads in 20 weeks, breaking "Blurred Lines" record of 22.

Maybe they changed their mind and they aren't releasing the remix right now.

I would say release the remix right before "Uptown Funk" is about to fall from Number One. But that time's rapidly approaching, and I'd also think radio/streaming/downloads hitting at the same time would have given UF the biggest boost, and already guarantee two extra weeks on top.

I know UF has won week 12. However, I'll have to watch daily now to see how UF performs on airplay, sales, and streaming before giving it credit for 13 weeks. UF still has a huge airplay lead, but its decline is undoubtedly underway at radio.

And "Earned It" and "Shut Up And Dance" have a lot of momentum at all three metrics. I just don't know how quickly they'll catch up to UF, because UF should fall very slowly.
