Hip hop fans will agree with Sean and people who are brand new to hip hop won't. He's absolutely right though. Say what you want about him now but when he was on his game. He was ON HIS GAME

Wayne was the hottest rapper up until the new decade . He changed the game in his own way and I agree with Sean . You can't not mention Wayne
