I am forwarding comments from music executives over the last couple of years that are not my own, so I cannot answer that question. Remember, I am the messenger, not the originator here. Streisand clearly caters to a different audience though. If you look at how she accumulates her points for the BB 200, over 98% of the copies are from raw CD sales. BB pointed this out in its print edition a few weeks back. Very few people are streaming Streisand's release or downloading tracks off of her album, which means an older crowd is buying her release.
