Tell that to the homeless youth from Texas, starving kids in Africa, gypsies around eastern Europe, minimum wage workers, labor force in China, do you need more? We all had our parents fighting, no one starved or died. Parents at the end of the day fed her, didn't kick her out for various reasons.
She got that abusive fist of a bf in US. That should speak enough.
Of course each issue is important but some looks pale in contrast.
