It's weird - though SM is often considered the most "industrial" of all the entertainment companies ("their idols are manufactured", "their music is generic", etc.) they're probably the most sonically experimental label of the past few years, and their idols are all rather candid in public. They seem determined to defy the stereotype of the factory-label.

Yes Lizzy is one of the most funniest girls ever, but After School as a whole, no thanks. And they do not even seem close

The funniest girlgroups are Rainbow, SISTAR, 4minute and BEGs

And what does Jawsica have anything to do with the other girls' relationship? The one thing shown in that Jessica gate is S8ND are all united to boot her out

Lizzy, Jooyeon, Nana are hilarious.... the rest are also funny especially when they interact with one of these.... and what? AS is very close!! like what even?!!

Jessica has to do a lot...such a united group that will be "sisters" forever.... well one "sister" got back stabbed...

I don't know if it's a bad thing but I don't like/use SNSD.

The only song that made it to my Kpop playlist on Spotify is Mr.Mr. despite me having a lot of negative things to say about that song.

I mean, you could be super cynical and say that SM trains their groups for television far better, which is probably partly true, but I think they were a bit lucky with SNSD/SUJU. Especially SNSD who have always been uncharacteristically confident for a girl group on variety shows.

Don't get me wrong though, most girl groups are funny/likeable in behind the scenes footage and reality shows.

SNSD stopped doing it for me a long time ago.
Both of their Japanese albums are very samey, except the second one has crappier production and more filler.
I'm sure they might release the odd single I might like, but yeah...

Listen to their Japanese albums, even non-sones acknowledge how great they are.
