Yeah, I'll email them and say my younger brother purchased it without my permission, so I'd like a refund please.

It helps that they're a small indie company, they just make election games, I just purchased Prime Minister Infinity, for the 2015 elections

Purchase without your permission is only acceptable if someone hacked into your account. You giving your passwords out to family is your own problem.

I'll say he used my card without my permission, it's easy for a kid to do that.

They'll let me do a refund, with their first game, I got it for free because I emailed their support and told them I had bought it but never got a download link or code, they asked for my name and email, I gave it, they told me it wasn't on their database and I told them that I did buy it, then they gave me a key.
