Kanye could never tour European stadiums as a solo act, Rihanna can and she already did it. He's not no popular / successful in Europe tbh, and even if he's just an opening act he'll probably perform like 15 songs. Also, touring stadiums is still more advantageous & beneficial than touring arenas, even as an opening act.
