OMFG you gotta watch it ASAP is as good if not better than the 1st one. The REC franchise is really underrated.

I'm honestly convinced that anyone who dislikes Cabin in the Woods simply did not get it. I mean, the metaphor and the commentary it offers on the current state of the horror genre is simply GENIUS. I absolutely cannot imagine someone honestly being able to understand what this film is trying to say, and still not at least appreciating the concept.

I think that everyone who is trashing this movie just took it at face value, without thinking about the deeper meaning behind what they just witnessed happening, or what "the ancient ones" are meant to represent.

i watched the 2007 version with naomi watts. the movie was SO slow paced and boring i mean, when she's trying to get up after the two guys leave, the scene is literally like 5 minutes of her just stumbling around trying to stand up followed by like 2 minutes of the guy just twitching... if they cut out like 40 minutes of crap, the movie could've been okay i guess? the whole thing with the remote was stupid though and the fact that the main guy was certifiably insane was lame too. i thought it was a good idea but a bad execution

i got what the movie was all about but like girl that's not what i signed up for when i watched this movie. i was expecting something way different rather than the mess that happened
