Its very simple
Truffle Butter was originality supposed to be an iTunes Only track which ended up generated so much interest by radios and fans that the song propelled on radios and has been smashing on all 3 formats. It was forced to be released individually and as the next single.
The original plan was to release Feeling Myself for Jan-Feb and The Night Is Still Young on Pop for March but the way things are going for TB she might have to pause those plans and just let TB do its thing as it wasnt expected to become this big
