it won't be a problem if several of her singles flop. they always do.
the problem will be if ALL her singles flop or perform modestly on the charts. that would be a huge problem for her since she gets at least one big #1 hit/per era.
similar to how before 4, beyonce had at least one huge hit per era (Crazy in Love, Irreplaceable, Single Ladies) & now Drunk in Love. |
Rihanna's singles do ok
With the yearly releases she loses steam to promote after a few months but she can't promote for a full year+ tour+ record new material+ shoot new videos.
Something has to give.
Still I think her album sales/single sales are impressive
