And MySQL, but HTML and CSS are what we use to design the layout, which can help functionality in that knowing it thoroughly prevents you from clogging crap (as you'd probs know lol).
I'm learning PHP and MySQL crap all this summer.

I've always wondered what ATRL mainly uses. I would assum HTML and CSS with the layout. I kinda figured that PHP and other languages create the functionalities
