No one is blaming a white person for the actions of their ancestors. However people are saying don't act as if everyone is treated equally and has equal opportunities in this society because people don't. White people are simply privileged from the society that has been shaped from the past to now, while the same cannot be said for minorities hence why people talk about systematic racism. The legacies of discrimination and slavery carry over today hence why people talk and study about it.
