Um, I don't think it's completely out of the question WW.
In terms of the US, probably not. Not unless she actually does pull off a hit single and gets some major hype around the release.

Won't even come close.
MDNA is 300k away and that's with the Superbowl and tickets giveaways inflation. An album that leaked 4 months prior release won't come close.

ARTPOP did outsell MDNA by a margin, yes.
And, comparing Gaga (or any girl atm) to the best selling female artist is just...dumb.

I am not a Lady Gaga defender by any means, I mean, I have a history here for not liking her and fighting with her stans, but Madonna's album isn't doing THAT great on iTunes.
