Then on the flip side, he sings softly in 80% of his music. The only song I think he deserved the clap back from, which was the only one he really got it about, was Started From The Bottom.

And still, that's a bloody good song. He writes fantastic lyrics.

So what I'm saying is. Race and culture aside, Drake participates in hip hop and does a damn good job at it. He's a hip hop artist and he lives it, now at least.

This is not true about Iggy. She is not good at hip hop, she does not write her own music, she does not participate in the culture outside of necessity for her career. It was simply a rebound from a failed pop career. Yet she's being lauded, awarded, and afforded opportunites that took Nicki Minaj 3 eras to. For me she does not deserve respect, and the awards she's receiving for those reasons, not because of the color of her skin.

I actually think Macklemore is talented, and I like country bumpkin Lil Debbie, outside of the ratchets video.
