ET would've flopped without Kanye, too.
I love how 1989 is everything PRISN wanted to be but failed miserably at!

We'll see if she'll manage to rule 2 different genres.
Gaga has 7 #1 Pop hits and 4 #1 Jazz hits

I think the entire industry let out a collective sigh of relief when Gaga became irrelevant because they didn't have to pretend to like her anymore.

it is kinda funny how atrocity said her album was half done in late april, then as soon as gaga announces her album in july, atrocity decides to rush release hers. no wonder it has, like, two listenable songs. she's definitely the secret mean pop girl, hence why she's always using other people's twitter accounts to send out her passive aggressive ramblings.

Forgotten hit? I guess that's why it's the most watched video from the last decade.

1989 is what Prism was supposed to be. Another hit factory. Sadly, Katy can't write songs and her genericness was too much.

You just pointed out Say Something is still charting in the top 70 in 5 out of 10 biggest music markets of the World.

PRISM was the #1 female album of 2013, scored 2#1s, and a $100 Million grossing tour. I don't think Katy could have asked for anything more.
Congrats to 1989 being a huge success to. Seems like Gaga is the only one who couldn't deliver.

One of America's great actresses turns this story of tragic forgetfulness into a heroic struggle, and a master class in the delicacy and power of performance.
Quietly magnificent, Moore plays Alice the way Pablo Casals played the cello, with delicate power and masterly vibrato. She locates each sad nuance as Alice tries valiantly to hold on to her memory, her bearings, her old cunning, her family, her self. The struggle may be doomed, but she can’t stop fighting. We hate to use the O word but, come Academy Award time, Still Alice should bring this four-time Oscar nominee the honor she has so long and richly deserved, for a performance that is — and Alice might appreciate this — unforgettable.

Desperate mess.

It was all impressive considering she didn't promote E.T beyond 1 TV performance, and she didn't promote LFN at all and E.T the main version charted separately. She wasn't fooling anyone hence she's now out-touring some "iconic" performers.

Just imagining how huge 1989 tour will be
Her NA grosses
Her Asia grosses
Her Australian grosses
And she should gross decently in Europe as well.
$250m+ ?
