Im so confused how you can be a Nicki Minaj fan since she has done music like that since her debut album. Like there isnt enough rap on TPP? There are several songs.

Why should she making more of this or that, or be pleasing you, shes never been a 100% hip hop artist, why should she stop doing music she also likes doing, why should she neglect her fans who like her pop music or rhythmic stuff?

Um, there are many Hip-Hop songs on the album though. She can't make every song like Chi-Raq, it would get old. Her verses in songs like GOYK, Favorite and FDA are still amazing and she has a great flow.
