What are you talking about? Sales are keeping up.  As I previously said, would you rather it have a Blackout run? :-/ Of course if promotion was done it'd possibly be some positions higher, but it's doing fine with what it has now and she's focused on giving us a great tour.

the album is doing incredibly well. album sales are nowhere near what they were when britney was starting her career. if they were, she'd be about to reach her second million in sales. so just chilllllllllllll.
