She's literally a 23 year old rapper/internet celebrity though, not a politician. She's allowed to tweet some serious things and some jokes.
And saying "Well she said one immature thing so EVERYTHING she said is invalid!" is childish. You can start a legitimate discussion while getting a few things wrong. In fact, that's exactly how most discussions start.
