Like I've said in the past... she probably doesn't know.
This is the first time she isn't working with a deadline and wasn't sure if she was going to release before or after HOME and she didn't want to tell us "Oh ya new music in Nov" and then be like "Oh NVM it will come later". She's probably simply choosing to not talk about till things are certain.
Also she doesn't HAVE to tell us ****.. most artist won't tell their fans when to expect an album while their on break. They'll talk about it when it's certain.
This, I've been saying since that interview she doesn't even know herself.

You think during these past 2 years she's been thinking? Rihanna has been enjoying her time off and her vacation and not having to stress out and being exhausted.
She's probably more focus on her brand right now then her music.
I also agree that she does not really know herself and does not want to hype the Navy up for nothing. She's never been one to overhype or anything, but still. Besides, the fact that the movie got delayed until March also changed their plans regarding the concept album and everything, so she'd rather not talk about until she's sure what's coming next.

They probably have a plan that we don't even think about. And if she doesn't know when she's releasing why did she say: Very soon instead of We don't have a date planned yet?
!! Rihanna been focus on "How do I make more money without having to go on stage every night?" And before any of y'all say that's false.. well she said also said that in an interview that she's setting up businesses so she doesn't have to tour as much.
