Neither, its going to be
Album + barely no TV-Promo (just Itunes banners and stuff) + tour.
Bey is striving for being the next BIG legend, so all u need to do to understand her is to take a look at how her idols behaved at a certain stage in their career like e.g. Michael Jackson, Prince, or Tina Turner. She will never do the full promotion again like she used to during her IASF era and I applaud her for that. As she said herself, now its time for the younger artists to do all the shows and promo-schedules, shes BEYOND that already. Hence, we as her fans have to move on as well and appreciate her craft which is ultimately what we all do + celebrate each performance of her as it was the last we've seen on national TV e.g.. Shes the Queen and a queen does not attend regular shows.
In 2017...She'll release the album and not promote it for a month or 3. Then MTV will air a special show marking her 20 years in the industry like MJ's 30th Anniversary concert:
Or Janet Jacksons MTV ICON
Stars will pay tribute including Madonna, Stevie Wonder, Barbara, U2, Mary J, Rihanna, Gaga, Taylor, Katy, Usher, Justin, Jay Z. Beyonce will perform a medley of the album and ha hits at the end and then Destiny's Child will reunite for a special performance and then release their comeback single with a Destiny's Child tour following. Ok scratch the DC part... lol
Bitch, I guess your liquid courage couldn't muster up a better clapback. Glad I logged my ass offline. It's a NEW day and I'm feeling good, looking fine.
You all paid me dust the other day btw when I said Base should do their own with everyone filming from their locations and someone editing it into one parody -_-

Well I've got 15 seconds of the "wave your hands two times… grrriiind" section at the end.
