It's possible. I don't know. He isn't releasing anything that will pre-date the album but even so, C5 has had a ton of single releases and it still feels...meh. Like, no-one is actively checking for Wayne. The Carter 5 "name" has always achieved high sales but i'm not sure he'll achieve the same this year.

Predictions for C5 are still high (600k). Weezy easily do 300k at least. I'm predicting 300+ for Cole & 300+ for Nicki.
