Jay never used anybody,it's not like her forced anyone of those people you mentioned to collab with him,as for his relationships with his collaborators we can only speculate because we don't know what goes on behind the scenes,buy at least he seems to have resolved his differences with lil Kim and timberland,timberland even admitted that he was to blame for the beef between him and Jay and they reconciled, as for Kanye,he and Jay go way back, it's quite unfortunate he decided to date an attention seeker like Kim Kardashian, you know that any association with that family always leads to loss of credibility in the eyes of the GP,you've got to admit that Kanye's relationship with that woman has tarnished his credibility and reputation in the industry,you cannot blame Jay for not wanting to be dragged down with Kanye.
In the end I don't know if the talk of Jay being disloyal are true,but I can understand his reason for not wanting to be associated with Kim.
It isn't even 720p
