H&M's skinny jeans have a great fit, I always wear one of my pairs when I feel like being a thot (most of the time). Since someone else mentioned them, Old Navy jeans are on the opposite end of the spectrum for me - horrible fit all around, they squeeze my ass in and are loose around the leg (even the slimmer fits), creating a very shapeless look. They must make their jeans for guys who have literally pancake asses
For what it's worth my measurements are 37-31-40, so if you're something like that then my experience should apply to you

Well, can you access a gym? If you can't, your best bet would probably be going the traditional route and sticking to push ups (elevated push ups are harder), dips, planks. These are obviously not as effective as actually bench pressing with a bar and all, but it'll still help. You could also purchase a pair of dumbbells and try pullovers, flies, and pressing against the floor, but that may cause some injuries or may feel uncomfortable.
