its impossible to find out sales, but UWC runs by points, but behind Baby One More Time (8.654.000) is Oops I Did It Again with (5.995.000), i think Womanizer could turn out over 6.000.000 points in the end.

But its hard to really compare songs now to ones before the digital era since its easier now to gain points than it was before 2003/2004.
