It's a multi day/night stadium festival with some of the biggest names in country, she performed at it in 2010. Not sure why she's doing it this year
But it used to just be 2 days, and last year they changed it to 3. I have a feeling that the first night is basically just going to be her show and she's going to be the only act performing (other than her openers), because Shawn and Vance are opening and they're obviously not country either.
Maybe she just wanted to have a tour stop in Louisiana and worked out a deal with the people who run the event, since she performed there a few years ago, its a big enough venue, and her tour is starting right when they're having it...they'll already have a stage set up for the festival.
I want another date though! One is simply not enough.
I still remember people talking about the SONY deal couple of years ago?
