Unapologetic DID sell more, Mediatraffic had it at 3.5/6M end last year, MusicCharts had it at 3.5M and IFPI had it at 4.1M, how much has PRISM sold so far?
As for the tours, Katy has over 30 more dates than rihanna, rihanna's average is much better compared to hers

Katy did dozens of promo performances for her singles so I'm not surprised they were a bit bigger

3.5M and IFPI had it's first year at 2.8M, we haven't received its sales for 2014.
Katy's average has been higher in every country so far except the UK.
Her overall average after the tour is over will be higher too.
