Eminem did it with the 2 releases following the Marshall Mathers LP (1.7M first week) but they didn't have a full week of sales for Billboard so the opening week #'s they reported were based on like 3 days for both albums that followed it, but after seven days, each sold over 1M copies so technically yes.
