The difference here is Beyonce's lyrics are analogies, and it's quite obvious seeing as that she can't really see a Halo on Jay, or get drunk from his love. It's an analogy.
Iggy is straight up saying she doesn't pay her haters any attention, which is obviously not the case here seeing as iggy replies to so many haters.
