Bad comparison (the former is intolerable and more like "Hollaback Girl" or "Hey Micky"), not factual, lazy logic, etc. Grow up.
House music has gay roots, but just like hip-hop, r&b, alt-rock, disco, and euro-dance, it becomes popular with the general public every so often--and now is one of those times.
