You can't make a such a blanket statement about a genre of music. Do you even listen to all R&B? Things have changed a lot since the debut of DC and Beyoncé went solo. If you did you wouldn't even say something like that. Brit and Bey have had quite the impact.

Lies!!! ITZ has NOT scanned 3M in the US. According to Soundscan, it maxed out at 2.8M. DIL outsold ITZ domestically and internationally. The army need to stop inflating them album sales.
