I don't get the hate for the septum usually but it literally ruins that look. The septum peaked in the month or so after she got it, and it looked perfect at Swinefest.
But with Gaga, all good things must come to an end, then make a half-assed return that tarnishes the memory of the original flawless thing.
Not really, but this does happen a lot. 
People always think I'm older, I look older too. And yes, we gotta represent the true demographic of pop music.
