I lost 10 pounds in 30 days. This is what I've been doing.
Cut off all juices + sodas. Just drink water. Breakfast will either be grilled cheese with water and a yogurt or yogurt with celery that I dip in the yogurt + water. For lunch, I have an apple and two bananas. Bananas have this effect that makes you feel full tbh. And of course, a full bottle of water. If I'm still hungry when I get home from work, I make myself an amazing grilled chicken breast salad (any dressing or meat will do as long as its salad with a bottle of water). For dinner, I eat anything that is cooked by me or my family. Hell, even pizza. Idc. You can eat anything you want after 5pm in my honest opinion if you're going to the gym later in the night. It works for me at least.
As for the gym, I go 4x a week. 2x cardio and 2x exercises. For cardio, I prefer the bikes. My job requires me to run around and be on my feet all damn day. For exercises, 1 day lower body and 1 day upper body. All 4 days I spend a full hour at the gym. My shoulders are much more defined and I see a difference in my ass and chest. This is working for me, I'm 5'8 and I weighed 180 in early September. I'm now 167 as of October 14th. Water is the most important key. I bet I could lose weight faster if I cut off EVERYTHING unhealthy but why torture yourself? There's no need. I also go to the gym a few hrs after dinner, say around 8pm - 9pm. No pills, no powedered protein shakes. I'm doing it natural and sticking to it and it's been working for me. Good luck guys!
Edit: My schedule is kind of like this. Monday Cardio. Tuesday Exercises. Wednesday break. Thursday Cardio. Friday Exercises. Weekend break.
