None of them seem exaggerated. They're all very explicit situations and it's not like they used harsh adjectives, just what they had to to tell the stories. But like... ok at your opinion!

To those saying she is doing this because her career is going down hill wtf! How has her career gone done hill? Kesha had die young and timber as top 3 hits on the Billboard 100. She was a judge on a semi succesful talent show. She has a two series documentary about her own life, a book, a jewely line and a boyfriend. How is she not succesful? Kesha isn't the type to pull in ANY negatively on herself for no reason. She put up with luke for so long because those who are victims of sexual assault and abuse almost never come forward.. it's known fact. Ke$ha's lawyers are going to portray Dr. Luke as a sadistic rapist, boss, and drug dealer. And his lawyer will probably portray Ke$ha as a big lier, extortionist, and possibly even a heavy drug user. It would be better on both their parts if they settled outside of court. I'm glad she is exposing him but all her dirty laundry will be aired in court and lawyers have an expertise in destroying peoples characters in order to win a case. That's exactly what Kesha's gunning (she wants her music rights and this is her only way of gettin 'em.

Luke has worked with 1001 other artists including females (who will be witnesses in any real court case) - so no court is gonna touch him just based on Kesha's words which are completely unheard of anyway. Kesha's lawyer knows that too but they're just using the threat of "bad publicity" to levarage Luke so that he becomes willing to make a settlement just to avoid the publicity and give away some of that fat album/single royalties. Which would be a mistake on his part if he did that (I'd rather go to court and clear it and end the case rather than settle and allow people to say "he settled so the accusation must have been true".

Poor Kesha Can't believe such a happy-go-lucky person like her was going through all that. Not only that, but she still had a smile on her face.

I just hope that her lawyer is amazing and they have substantial proof and witnesses. Luke deserves prison, but I don't think that will be the case because it's through Civil court. The best case scenario is the contract(s) are terminated, she wins the rights of her music, and she gets a restraining order or something.

I would love it if more people came forward. I mean, this isn't the first thing we've heard about Luke being an ass hole. I always found it strange how Luke produced Avril's signature hit (Girlfriend) which broke records, yet she never went to work with him again. Obviously he wouldn't get away with any sort of verbal/physical abuse to other pop stars who are under different labels. He had the upper hand over Kesha as her career, income and family depended on him. Very sad.

And to any people that are saying she is lying, have you read the court case? It's so specific, there's no way that's made up. The only reason she's coming forward now is because what I said before, would you want to risk your career/income/family on reporting someone and it maybe not even being taken seriously? And I've been in a situation with an ex who was verbally abusive, and trust me - you are terrified to tell anyone. You're scared that telling someone will make them do something even worse to you.

My thoughts are with K$ and her family.
