Ya'll are doing the most on Queen M-Pidgeot. It's BST is 479, 579 after the mega evolution. With at least 101 speed if it doesn't get any boost there, a 100% accurate Base 120 power STAB move (off of a VERY abusable flying type) + heat wave to tear through the steels who resist it, I'm almost certain it will be UU or OU. If they give it, say, +60 SpA, +30 defenses and an obligatory +10 in the attack stat it won't be using, it can really punch holes in the opposing team. Pity about that Stone Edge
No Guard even makes sense flavor-wise, as predatory birds have great vision (and it had "keen eye"), so No Guard is like the evolution of it's regular abilities on steroids, which Mega evolutions are essentially all about. It's cool. I just wish ha weave got longer instead of getting cut

If I had to bet, I think they might even give it a small speed boost too, enough to outspeed Garchomp would be useful as otherwise it would be a solid check/counter, with a pretty much guaranteed OHKO with Stone Edge if I'm not mistaken.
